The 883 series washer system is used to clean residue off certain products without using a brush. The washer utilizes several high pressured spray bars to cover the full spectrum of the product while recycling the water right back into the system. The common use for this system is with metallic products that have been polished for a clean look or when a piece of material gathers too much static or cannot withstand the friction of our brushing system. Curtin-Hebert quality guarantees that all metallic products in the washers are made entirely of stainless steel or other waterproof materials to provide durability to the element and longevity of use

The 934 series dryer system is used commonly in conjunction with our washer systems. The dryers are powered by high power blowers that heat up quickly and are made to dry the part in one pass. The dryers are very efficient and very simple to use. The dryers are made with a stainless steel frame considering that they are directly attached to a washer or wet machine frame and receive wet and dripping parts.

The 924 series Let-off and Wind-up tends to be an excellent auxiliary item for the purchase of a 710, 711 or 942. The Let-off and Wind-up is a mechanically controlled brake and clutch unit that allows rolled goods to flow straight through the machine at controlled rates of speed. Our six puck clutch unit is extremely precise and our Let-off and Wind-up systems are capable of handling up to 1,500 pound rolls. The Let-off and Wind-up system also provides extra rollers to help ensure that your product does not track either to the left or right during the machining process.

The 943 series conveyor system can be made at any length and is built for durability and ease of use. Several omni wheels or other products guided by rollers help guide a work piece from either one machine to another or to a completely separate work station. Curtin-Hebert is capable of manufacturing a conveyor system to any custom length over 3 feet.

The 206 series brush stand unit can be incorporated directly into a Let-off and Wind-up station or be free standing. The brush stand is very stable and uses a very soft bristled brush made with horsehair to remove any unwanted powder or residue from a product. The brush stand connects to the exhaust system utilized by the customer and all powder or residue removed from the work piece by the brush is filtered out and separated neatly. All brush stands can be customized to brush the top, bottom or both sides of the product.
