Curtin-Hebert Co., Inc. provides a job shop like no other; with the use of its own equipment to supply the ability to those customers who can not justify the purchase of a machine; to have their product run by Curtin-Hebert at the Gloversville facility. We have a prepared facility containing our own machines including: (2) 450 Series Micro Grinders, (2) 711 Series Surface Finishing Machines, (1) 631 Series Deburring Machine, (1) Wet 450 Series Micro Grinder, (1) 710 Series Sueding Machine and (1) 835 Series Deburring Machine.

The equipment at Curtin-Hebert is capable of processing a large assortment of product. Rubber, Printers Blanket, Gasket Material, Cork Products, (Poly)Urethanes, Vinyl, Foam, Polishing Products, Plastics, Tape, Paper, Fiberglass, Cotton, Sand Paper Backing, Knits, (Non)Wovens, Synthetic and Natural Fibers, Shoe Soling, Brake Pads, and Insulating Materials are just a few examples of the capability of our grinders. All tolerances of any product tend to be within ±.002” (OR LESS!!) from side to side. Our 631A and 835 Cleaning, Deburring, and Surface Finishing equipment is capable of working with Small Magnetic Parts, Printed Circuitry, Copper, Stainless Steel, Cold Steel, Aluminum, Aircraft Parts, Tires, Rubber, Clutch Facings, Fuel Cells, and much more.
